At TeddyCuddle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Â
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- The vacuum-packed stuffing must remain sealed and unopened.
- The teddy skin must retain its original label.
Return Process
- Contact us via our Contact Us page, or email within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges
